I have lived in Tampa Florida previously and am excited to be back permanently. I have been working as a office administrator for 7 years and have worked as well assisting in Dispatching during these 7 years, specializing in Human Resources. I am bilingual. I read, write and speak fluent Spanish. I am very punctual, dependable and honest. In my most current position I had many tasks and job duties that I took on whether they were in my description or not I am always a team player.   • Monitored dispatch board and adjusted call priorities daily based on caller needs and location/ specific technicians and their schedule hours.
  • Created daily schedules for all technicians based on their strengths, where jobs were located daily to make sure that techs would remain in the same area and not waste time or gas driving far, assigning them with proper partners and having their schedule done the night before so that early morning techs would receive their tasks. I was completely in charge of dispatching and scheduling for all techs, so from start to finish, the jobs that they completed started with me.
  • Received phone calls sent to me by the receptionist and call center for residential jobs and commercial where I would input all of their personal information into the system

  • Directed dispatching, routing, and tracking of 20 or more fleet vehicles. My main duty for this job was to keep in contact with the technician teams constantly and re evaluating their schedules daily and hourly, even before I would clock into work and outside of work hours during the evening using STARS dispatching program. The system was very easy to use after learning it and we were able to add notes to it, finances, schedules, make and receive payments.
  • Corresponded with customers who were late on their payments for AC units and memberships to avoid putting a lean on homes but did set up the lean process to those who did not want to pay their outstanding balance.
  • Ordered supplies from vendors so that technicians could complete jobs and created purchase orders, change orders for vendors and corporate.
  • Assisted with some HR duties including job postings , background checks and drug screenings due to my experience in human resources. I assisted the HR department/ director on multiple occasions regarding new hires.
