Depending on severity, i am able to get patient to the nurse at that time. I am able to page providers after hours if need be. Send requests for referrals. View referral status. Send Prescriptions request to clinic. Send messages to clinic staff for callback. I also facilitated patient scheduling and appointment management using electronic health record systems.
