Jason Dean Barbare, Full time sales support for the great industrial supplier of Fastenal. I have been working here since I graduated high school in 2015. I joined the team as a part time sales while I was in school for maintenance. I ended up enjoying the job so much, that I ended up joining the team full time in 2016. This journey with fastenal has been a great experience for me. It has grown me into a much better person. I have learned a ton of skills. It has brought out of my shy shell and more comfortable and confident with people skills, Im excited to see what the future holds for me and what all I get to do with this company moving forward.
