Directed a cross-functional team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives to include organizational change, force management, training and operations across the Space enterprise. Through collaborative leadership and oversight aligned organizational structures, processes, and culture to meet evolving mission requirements and national defense priorities. Integrated multi-discipline teams to alignment planning, policy, technology transfer and operational requirements resulting in fielding of new and upgraded terrestrial and space-based sensors and systems including the Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS), Command Control and Battle Management Communications (C2BMC) and Long-Range Defense Radar (LRDR) programs.

Directed the planning, integration, and execution of advanced and sensitive operational capabilities to support space superiority and strategic deterrence objectives. Oversaw the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training to maintain readiness and security of special programs, while coordinating with interagency, intelligence, and allied partners to enhance mission effectiveness and operational integration.

Directed planning, coordination, and execution of space electronic warfare operations, including the deployment of forces in support of global combatant command operations. Managed mission readiness, operational planning, and real-time support for defensive space control and electronic attack missions to protect friendly assets and deny adversary use of the electromagnetic spectrum.
