• Maintained schedules to meet key milestones at every project phase.
• Coordinated procurement processes, negotiating contracts with vendors to optimize budget utilization.

Responsibilities include producing the existing utility inventory, utility concept plan & utility relocation estimate for design build projects.

Project: SH 130 (Travis Co)

Client: TxDOT

• Project consists of adding an inside lane in each direction along 9.0 miles of SH 130 including 12 bridges & 16 miles of ITS fiber.
• Developed project schedule & budget.
• Negotiated contracts with vendors and subcontractors for optimal cost savings on materials and services.
• Anticipated start 09/18

• Developed accurate project cost estimates using advanced software tools and industry best practices.
• Led cross-functional teams to analyze project scopes and identify potential risks early in the bidding process.

Project: 183A Toll Road

Client: CTRMA

• Project consists of 11.6 miles of new toll road alignment, utility installation and relocation, 3 million CY of excavation and embankment, concrete and HMAC paving, MSE walls, 22 bridges, toll facilities and electrical.
• Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of Drainage, Utility, Electrical and Environmental subcontractors and HCC crews.
• Prepare material submittals, shop drawings, pay estimates, track quantities and cost
• Oversee project environmental compliance and proper cleanup
• Coordinate with local municipalities for utility relocation and repair
