I have been proactive with new Department of Iowa software (Impact). I have a strong understanding of the software and have been helping other department staff resolving issues that they are having. Discuss with other Examiners on processes that are to help resolve issues with processes. I have worked with additional work group, Forms Group, which does an annual review of tax forms and instructions that are provided for the upcoming tax year.
