  • Duties: To provide support to Delivery group network engineers
  • Details work with Project managers on project and help with getting work vehicles such as CRQ’s Work Orders and Incidents that are related to the projects and making sure that those work vehicles get closed out in proper time when projects are due to close out
  • Also provide support when Engineers needs help with getting work vehicle to scheduled to start on time for projects and also if there are delays to help figure out times to start the work vehicles that go along with project work
  • Also help with make sure work vehicles don’t get stuck and go into pending status
  • If work does contact the engineer to coordinate good time to get the work vehicle started back that coordinate with projects and make sure no more delays to get those closed out
  • Also once CRQ’s are completed I help with post-imp task need to be completed so the CRQ can be closed out for project/s when due
  • I also send out daily pre-imp report to let Government know what CRQ’s are starting that day
  • Release also has what is called maintenance window that certain work is done on certain nights during the week, and I do reports that to results on how things went
  • As a Release Manager job is to stay in close contact with project managers so I can help with the projects that are running to help relieve them reform doing all the work
  • I also keep in contact with network engineer who are doing the physical work to make sure all details of the work vehicles are correct and will go along with the projects that are active
  • When working on projects I create release packages to track in REMEDY to relate vehicles for each project.

  • I work on an enterprise team on the JRDC contract that supports virtually and physically from Alaska to Poland as well as deployable to other major and remote sites
  • I have built a war room with machines on both Unet and Cnet networks to support flight-test
  • As a member of CSAFO, I work on incidents through the remedy ticketing system on a daily basis
  • I work on hardware installs and configuration of Unet and Cnet machines
  • I also provide support on software installs and configurations on Unet and Cnet machines, whether it is physical or virtual installs
  • I support OTA lab in the basement with Unet and Cnet network issues and configurations
  • I am the only CSAFO member with access to the OTA lab for support in the basement of VBIII
  • I have in the past supported VIPS with all Unet and Cnet issues with direct contact, with no contact with service desk for ticket processing
  • VIP customers would call me directly and I would support them in any issue they had
