Dedicated to the fire service for over 25 years; now seeking the opportunity to work as an instructor for Emergency Response Solutions International. In my career as a firefighter I have held multiple ranks in leadership and currently serve as a Battalion Chief for Northville Township Fire Department. In these roles I have specifically focused on mentoring and developing firefighters and junior officers in all areas of fire and EMS operations as well as leadership roles and responsibilities. I have also had the privilege of serving with the Western Wayne Urban Search and Rescue team as well as Michigan Task Force 1. Both have allowed me the opportunity to lead and train members in multiple disciplines.
