• Attendance- created and implemented attendance management program reducing sick calls by half in the first year. Program was rolled out hospital wide as best practice
• Breastfeeding- RN Lead for Regional Breastfeeding Collaborative Pilot- built and led Oakland's team. We were able to successfully implement bundle and improve exclusive breastfeeding from 60% to 80%. Additionally, the tools we created were all used in the Regional Breastfeeding Collaborative Playbook
• Care Experience-successfully implemented and hardwired: Nurse Knowledge Exchange, Direct Report Rounding, Patient Rounding, Celebratory Meals for patients, Rewards and Recognition Program for staff
