In every way, my sales process is perfect from setting appointments to meet and greet to fact finding to showing the customers where the bathrooms and water is to a professional walk-around to a test drive to writing the customers up to closing and then to a professional delivery.
With that, I'd like to be a general sales manager or general manager someday because I feel that I can do better than most people.
I perfected answering internet leads. I routinely set more appointments than the whole sales staff including desk managers combined. I once set 17 appointments in one day.
I also go back into lost or old internet leads to find appointments. I typically find a goldmine of appointments because the sales staff ruins the internet leads and marks the internet leads lost or the sales staff never contacts the customer.
I'm an expert at answering phone pops. The key to my success is speaking clearly, pronouncing every syllable and never using slang vocabulary. I stay professional.
I sold four cars twice in one day. At a Honda training seminar in Irvine, California, a corporate trainer from Honda stated that my walk-around was "one of the best in the nation" in front of approximately 100 regional Honda salespeople.
The general manager in a weekly Friday meeting stated that I was an "elite" salesperson.
Here at Poway Honda, I only took showroom ups and didn't handle internet leads or phone pops.
My expertise is the whole sales process including meet and greet, fact finding, showing the customers where the water is and where the bathrooms are, performing a professional walk-around, test drive, paper work, close deal and delivery.
