*Maintenance - Perform preventive and regular maintenance on trucks and trailers.

*Operations Trainee at ADM Ottawa, IL - General housekeeeping, control room/Scale room operation, maintenance, grain grading, barge loading.

*Operations Superintendent at ADM LaSalle, IL - Overall outside day to day operations management of the facility. Hold regular safety meetings, plan scheduled maintenance, process payroll.

*Operations Superintendent at ADM Curran, IL - Overall outside day to day operations of the facility. Hold regular safety meetings, plan scheduled maintenance, oversight of major improvement projects to plant.
