In my time at Au Vodka, I worked closely with our distributing partner RNDC across both on premise and retail channels and grew case volume from a little over 1,200 9L cases the previous fiscal year to over 5,300 9L cases the following. I along with my South Texas Market Manager grew our key markets in DFW, SAA, HOU, as well as the out markets in Corpus/RGV, Lubbock, and El Paso. I conducted more than 60 market activations across the state as well as hired brand ambassadors in each market. I managed relationships with RNDC and retailers across Texas while also growing our menu presence in key restaurants in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas.
In my time at Fishbowl Spirits - Blue Chair Bay Rum, I worked hand in hand with my marketing team to help drive sales across South Texas and all of Colorado in both the on and off premise sectors. I ensured sales assets and market strategies were up to date to maximize growth while leveraging data and insights to identify opportunity gaps. In my time at Blue Chair Bay, I grew marketshare in South Texas by 10% and 68% in Colorado while working closely with our distributing partner RNDC while conducting over 40 brand activations including two "No Shoes Radio" parties in Arlington and Denver.
In my role as a Small Commercial Inside Sales Consultant with The Hartford, I was required to obtain a Commercial Property and Casualty License within two weeks of starting my training. My responsibilities included selling property and casualty insurance products directly to small business owners, as well as workers compensation insurance. I took inbound calls from warm leads and pre qualified and classified the applicants as well as provided coverage consultations with them. I partnered with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks in order to write profitable business. I also followed up with customers after completed sales to assess satisfaction and resolve technical or service concerns.
I was responsible for field execution of sales initiatives, the training and development of my Sales Representatives as well as execution of all sales/promotional programs in San Antonio and the surrounding area for the On Premise GO team. I help my team conduct strategic sales negotiations with key accounts to achieve supplier initiatives. In my time as District Manager, I have helped lead my team to achieve immense success across multiple supplier goals and initiatives. We have consistently been the top GO division across Texas for six consecutive months. I'm proud to say that we finished 2021 with an 8% increase in revenue over our previous best year which was 2019. I've truly enjoyed my time as District Manager and have relished in my opportunity to help coach and lead my team. In my 14 months as District Manager I have grown revenues by $27 million dollars and case volume by 51%.
Was in the role of Hotel Specialist for just over two years. In that time I took a territory that had been extremely successful under my predecessor and was able to grow upon that exponentially. I helped develop cocktail menus for accounts that hadn't made any updates in years as well as for new properties getting ready to open. I built solid relationships with suppliers and accounts and through that was able grow RNDC's marketshare and year over year revenue in my route. I won the Edrington Excellence Award as the Top Texas Hotel Representative both years in the role. I utilized all the tools available to me, especially SpotMenus during the current pandemic. I'm proud to say that a majority of my accounts had at least sixty percent marketshare on the cocktail menus, with some even at one hundred percent. I truly loved my time in hotels and took the lessons I learned into my next role. During my time in the role I grew revenues by a little over $4.2 million dollars and case volume by 324%.
I started at RNDC as a National Accounts Wine Representative under Ashley Graham and Dan Brown. I was responsible for making sure my accounts hit all their mandates as well as driving sales growth and making sure I executed to the standard that this job demands. While in this role I also was able to pitch liquor to my accounts, although this was much more difficult due to the corporate mandates that hamstrung my ability to make new placements. I also oversaw staff trainings at many of my restaurants, utilizing Seven Fifty to assist me. In late October of 2017, I was moved into the On Premise Sales Representative role for the GO Division here in San Antonio. In my time in the role I was able to maintain marketshare while growing my overall yearly sales. My territory stretched from Spring Branch all the way to Del Rio and everywhere in between. I'm proud of what I accomplished while in that role.
