Summary

Twenty plus years of management experience.

25 Years of Leadership experience!!!

I started my automotive management career in December of 2007 with Collision King Repair as Parts Manager. A year later I was managing the parts department as well as writing estimates and overseeing a large DRP account. By 2010 I had worked my way up to Operations Manager while still Acting as Parts Manager and estimating for a shop averaging 700k monthly. Over the years the company grew to one of the largest independently owned repair facilities in the nation.I continued to advance and gain experience in all aspects of the company. I managed the Damage Analysis department,Parts Department and an estimating team during my time at Collision King. I have been part of an estimating team of 3 that closed 931k in sales in one month . By 2017 I had worked my way up to Assistant GM. By then the company was averaging 1.5 million dollars a month in sales . In 2022 Collision King averaged roughly 1.7 million a month in sales and had a record 2.1million dollar month during the year . Later in 2022 Crash Champions purchased Collision King and I then became CO-GM . In early 2023 , only a few short months after the buyout , the store become Crash Champions sales record holder. In September of 2023 I was promoted to Super GM , currently running two stores in the Lubbock market. In only four months I increased sales by 27% at each of the two locations while raising the GP. I have written and handled accounts for St. Farm , Allstate ,Geico, Farmers, Progressive Liberty Mutual. I have long standing relationship with all area insurance companies, vendors , and other industry partners. A Proven winner!
