Responsible for managing the Retail COO’s Regulatory/Investor Change Management Team, comprised of nine employees who facilitate the intake and manage the execution of all mandated changes from regulatory and investor sources, including facilitation of impact assessments for a consistent and sustainable process

Senior team member responsible for leading the execution of mandated regulatory- and investor-driven changes for all Retail products and services. Worked closely with line of business sponsors and compliance/legal representatives to drive implementation of changes, track and document compliance, and conduct post-implementation testing to validate adoption. Led complex cross-functional efforts to establish roles and responsibilities among team members and support partners within the business, resulting in a smoother, more effective process.

Provided end-to-end change management support for Retail lines of business, including impact assessment, establishing business requirements, and writing/editing procedure documentation. Worked with subject matter experts to acquire information and document business processes. Established a dedicated monthly process to implement changes to the Recoverability Fee Matrix (RFM), developed in response to an OCC Consent Order to ensure the bank is compliant with all fee-related state regulations.
