  • Responsible for initial meetings with clients then using Smartdraw design software to design landscape plans that meet the customer’s needs and objectives while most importantly being horticulturally sound.   • Design and manage installation of projects including but not limited to Allen Block and Europa Block retaining walls, natural stone accent walls, brick and Courtyard block seating walls and columns, flagstone, paver and stamped concrete patio’s and walkways, firepits, outdoor fireplaces, stone treads, outdoor grills, etc. Collaborate with stone masons, electricians, plumbers, deck companies on occasion to subcontract work that is best suited for their primary focus.
  • Responsible for scheduling and planning daily activities for up to three months in advanced for several installation teams. Supervise to make sure jobs are being installed correctly, within budget and on time. Coordinate with numerous nurseries, garden centers and builders supply companies to make sure orders are placed on time and materials are available and ready to go according to schedule.
  • Follow up with customers and perform final walkthrough’s to ensure customer satisfaction has been met while also providing any final maintenance information that may be applicable.
