• Provided patient care including ADLs, vital signs, documentation, rehabilitation support, wound care observation, and communication with nursing staff and therapy teams.
• Saint Alphonsus Medical Center, Nampa — 4-day Maternity & Delivery clinical
• Assisted with newborn assessments, postpartum care, vital signs, breastfeeding support, and observed labor and delivery procedures.
• Cottonwood Mental Health Hospital — 2-day rotation
• Supported patients using therapeutic communication, safety monitoring, mental status assessments, and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Intermountain Health Hospital — 2-day rotation
• Assisted with patient care activities, medication observation, and chart documentation.
• Preceptorship (Scheduled January, 213 hours) — Cottonwood Mental Health
• Will complete a 213-hour preceptorship focused on mental health nursing, patient assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and supervised LPN-level responsibilities.
