I started out as a entry level automotive technician and within a year i was lead technician and had four guys under me that I managed. I was responsible for making sure they completed tasks and work was neat and performed properly. If the guys needed help or had questions i was responsible for helping and answering any questions or concerns they had. After the automobile career i started a career in industrial boiler operator and industrial refrigeration. I taught myself how to repair and diagnose a hybrid boiler which runs off of wood chips.

My resonsibilities as a boiler operator were to start the boiler (boiler was a HURST hybrid wood chip burner) making steam and the controling of steam throughout the plant for hot water and for cleaning purposes. Was also responsible for keeping and maintaing all wells for water to the plant and all motors to supply water to certain areas of the plant. Also responsible for filling and maintaining chemicals such as chlorine and parasitic acid for the cleaning of the chickens. Responsible for keeping chemical levels at a safe working strength. Had to help with the ammonia refrigeration system throughout the entire plant to keep deifferent departments at the appropiate temperatures.
