Sort mail pull all checks and deliver to safe box. Scan and Email all tax related mail to the proper department.

Put in work orders for all required and requested repairs needed at the Durham office with property management maintenance.

Meet with AICPA vendors Minuteman, Newcomb etc. Assist when needed.

Clean and fill coffee machines and supplies. Order all supplies needed from vendor.

Communicate with housekeeping about anything needed outside her usual duties.

Assist with any projects requested by Workplace Facilities Lead Manager.

Assist employees from all offices working in office or from home in any way possible.

Machine parts mainly for the medical field from raw stock material stainless steel, plastic, titanium etc.

Reading blueprints for proper dimensions, lengths and tolerances.

Using precision tools micrometers and calipers to hold desired tolerance.

Light maintenance of lathes. Topping off oil and coolant levels.

Machining Ford transmission pump housings to spec.

Checking dimensions with air gauges to ensure tolerance is held.

Light cleaning and preventive maintenance of CNC Lathe.

Company certified forklift operator when needed.

Hand pouring and automatic table pouring of parts for the automotive industry.

Mold prep to prepare molds for daily production. Sand blasting and painting molds.

Forklift operator when needed.

Fill in group leader. In charge of 2-5 people for table poured molds.

Fill in furnace tender.
