Manage multiple crews in day to day activities, Manage Turnarounds and Outages in various Facilities with multiple service lines including Hydro-blasting, Vacuum Services, Unit Clearing, Chemical Cleaning, and Hydro-cutting.

• From January 2014 till May 2020, I was site manager based in FHR Corpus Christi I overseen all service lines performed by USA Debusk, walked out jobs, built job plans along with completing bids for Work in FHR and surrounding facilities
• I did most of the repair and maintenance work for equipment utilized in the Corpus Christi area
• Also for a short time held a dual role, Site manager/Site Safety when our head count did not allow a Safety manager on site, I took care of all injury reports coordinating with the plant leadership to maintain and manage each case
• I am proficient with EHS insight the web-based program USAD currently utilizes to track all EHS aspects of the company along with field audits and incident events
• May 2020 - Nov 2020, I Opened a new office for the company in Canton, Ohio working in Marathon Petroleum, built the office from ground up not able to hire anyone local per the refineries request, we ran day to day operations with 5 field crew members and one manager, completed a Alky TAR under budget and injury free
• Nov 2020-Feb 2022, I transferred to the USAD Port Lavaca office to catch them up on maintenance and establish a PM schedule for all equipment, become compliant with DOT rules and regulations, I assisted the Ops and Branch manager figure out logistics planning and execution of all work coming out of the local office
• Feb 2022 – July 2023, Returned to the Corpus Christi office to assist with current contracts and help establish and grow new and future contracts building a strong relationship with Key customers in various Facilities, Local to the Corpus yard
• I was Operations Manager until July 2023 the company decided to make changes due to a upcoming merger, there was no position for me at that time and was let go to cut down on overhead costs of the branch

• Perform/Supervise jobs utilizing either hydroblast or vacuum equipment, walk out jobs, manage turnarounds, and load out equipment for upcoming work
