I basically made sure the fruit we are using in the factory is good to be processed into various products. I test the cores of the apples to make sure there are no chemicals growing in the apple such as pesticides when the farmers spray there crops. I also test the pressure of the apples to see if there to soft and while I do that I take the jucie from the apple and also test the acid levels

I go out to the timber sale in my skidder which is a big machine with four wheels with a push blade in the front and grapples in the back. I grapple the bundles of trees and then I bring them in to the landing zone to be processed and loaded on to are logging trucks.
