25 years of experience in Hospitality all the way from dish/prep to Executive Chef with 4 1/2 being in foodservice distribution sales. I am currently seeking a position with better work/life balance. I do live in Employee housing and will require same with a new position/company. I am also a volunteer Firefighter/EMR at Highlands Fire and rescue, I am in my 12th year with them. Motivated to push for excellence and consistency, also to develop talent and future Chefs. I have taught a cooking class for guests last winter and again this winter. Half Mile has had a successful table at the brunch event during Highlands food and wine festival for a number of years now, which I am responsible for.
