I was deployed on LSD-49 USS Harpers Ferry, I was able to get insight of how the Navy worker day and night on the ship. I was brought down into the engine room and got a small glimpse of the main steam behind the ship. On my deployment I visited the following countries, Guam, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Australia. During my times in these countries I was able to work with special boat teams and learn more about different variants of small crafts. On deployment I had to learn skills of getting along with co workers and the skills to work under pressure and meet timelines.
