Noah Jackson

Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of serving my country across multiple continents, where I’ve met incredible people and learned valuable lessons. My mentor helped me grow into both a skilled soldier and an effective leader, and I’ve had the opportunity to mentor many soldiers myself, watching them exceed my expectations. Through this experience, I’ve discovered my true calling is to work in a community-focused role where I can help and support others. I’m eager to bring my leadership skills and dedication to a position that makes a positive impact on people’s lives.

I’ve continuously sought opportunities to grow and develop professionally. After completing basic and specialized training, I pursued various courses to enhance my skills in addition to my specific job, including finance, human resources, and conflict resolution. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals and address their unique challenges.
