- Working on the development and testing of autonomous driving with a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid equipped with Dataspeed Drive-by-Wire Kit, LiDAR, cameras and GNSS units in the university environment.
- Integrated the sensors (LiDAR, IMU, GNSS) and performed recording of pointcloud data of the university environment.
- Applied SLAM methods (LIO-SAM) to generate point cloud maps from recorded sensor data.
- Created vector maps manually from point cloud data using Vector Map Builder for use in Autoware simulations.
- Integrated Autoware with the Dataspeed Drive-by-Wire system on the Lincoln MKZ to enable self-driving via CAN messages.
