  • Launch Pad- Sales Director, managed a sales team of 6 for all new show platforms including: Equitana, MadCon, Outside Experience, EnduranceCon and Natural Disaster Expo.   • Delivered on-time and on-budget build-outs of new stores, allowing for cost savings of $200k on previous build outs.
