As a dedicated Service Technician I provide car maintenances such as oil changes, tires changes, battery changes, fuel injections tire repairs, tpms programming and replacement. I am knowledgeable in conducting safe vehicle lifts and operating jack equipment. Cars are required to be completed in a timely manner; having appointments in a consistent flow, which leads to 10 or more car service a day. Providing stable, efficient, and reliable work flow that creates an environment that maintains quality teamwork and outstanding service not only for the company but for car owners who entrust me with sustaining their vehicles operability.

As a customer service associate and cashier I provided customer support in multiple departments ranging from gardening to grocery. While encountering over 100+ customers daily with different needs, backgrounds, and accessibilities. I assisted in providing guidance and maintaining an efficient environment that both customers and co-workers could operate in a coherent manner.
