I have maintained consistent employment since high school, beginning in my sophomore year. Since graduating, I have continued to build my career with Geo Force, where I have progressed quickly due to my performance and work ethic. After only a few months as a crewman—during which I consistently performed at a high level—I was promoted to foreman.
In my current role, my crew and I have achieved top performance rankings, particularly on projects for KU and LG&E. I take pride in fostering strong communication with crew members, supervisors, and management, which has contributed to our success.
I am highly motivated to learn and take on new challenges. I find the process of learning both engaging and rewarding, and I strive to perform every task to the best of my ability, regardless of conditions. I am committed to demonstrating my capabilities in the field and continuously improving my skills.
