Jayden Lee

As a Grocery Manager at Albertsons/Safeway company, I take a lot of pride in my work. Everyone i’ve worked with knows I have high expectations and I love working with my team and coaching them on why expectations should be met. I’ve developed great communication with the people i’ve worked with, shown leadership, and helped people create a path to help them grow in the company.

My biggest accomplishment working with this company so far was when I became acting assistant store director at Hilltop. I took the role with pride. I wanted to show my leadership, skills, and ambition I have for this company. I was fortunate enough to work under three store directors while being assistant store director for six months. Within this time I was taught a lot about financials and investing into the customers and employees. I took the skills I was taught and helped developed three pics. One is now a front end manager, one just got a promotion from helper clerk to pic, and One is currently a grocery manager. I want to help develop more people, show my leadership skills, and take action. I know my time in the roles i’ve been in prepared me for the next steps into my career.
