While working at Hummus Mediterranean Cafe we were assigned task to complete by the end of the shift such as sweeping, moping, and deep cleaning the salad bar. We would often set up the catering orders and also did catering events. We would often work on a two man/women rotations for the shifts to keep the balance of the tips we would get off of each table also well as some solo shifts depending on the time of the year.
