By the time I transferred to my current position, guest complaints for fulfillment had decreased by over 70%, guest feedback scores hitting highs of 71/100, compared to 44/100 the prior year.
  • Led a two fulfillment teams of 20 team members through retail's highest volume holiday season. Both of my teams had an average +9 variance in productivity and my 'Order Pick-Up' Team in particular fulfilled 20,336 more units than the prior year.
