I was responsible for checking and maintaining scaffolding equipment and inspecting down scaffolding when the job was done. We’ve built and tore down many different staging’s in this dock in support of the project. The materials that we used are Excel trusses, rangers, uprights, screw jacks, swing gates, cross braces, ladders and ladder brackets, netting and kick boards, as well as integrating pipe and clip into the Excel system staging.

I assisted with inspecting the area that required scaffolding and made calculations to determine what kind of scaffolding was required, unload it, fit its tubing and braces together to form frameworks, and fix ladders, rails and other attachments to the scaffolding.
