Drive clients to their medical appointments and pick up their medications. When a client is in need to be given the access to be driven to their medical needs is what I provide them when I drive them to and from their medical destinations.

I assisted with customer service when customers approached me as I greeted them; I also provided the services they needed when they asked for assistance with certain questions. I was also their last interaction as they made their purchases with the company and I always made my customers feel welcome.

I gave clients the needs of driving them to and from their medical appointments, picked up their medications; also during 2020 gave them the access to be driven to get their Covid Vaccinations shots when they needed them.

Enrolled to receive a degree in this field, but did not complete. I was given the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the medical field in this position for the short period of time I was at this location.

Enrolled in this program along with my Nursing degree; I did not complete. I was learning the trade in this profession and was open to completing this course along with my nursing degree but did not complete, but I learned quite enough in this trade to be afforded the opportunity to do small jobs in this profession when I returned home in Arizona.

• Completed detailed logs of each trip, ensuring accurate record-keeping for company purposes and regulatory compliance.
• Consistently maintained punctuality that resulted in minimal appointment delays for clients.
• Drove safely in various weather and road conditions to avoid accidents.
• Trained new drivers on company policies and procedures, fostering a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.
• Updated logs and tracking documents accurately and according to schedule requirements.

As road construction was being done on the Buffalo Pass on Navajo Route 13; I was a flagger. I maintained communication with other flaggers as we maintained the safety and caution to commuters as they made their way through the construction area of the approx. 10 mile stretch of road from Lukachukai to Red Valley AZ.
