What do I bring to the table? Experience in this Department. I know what the job inquires and what I have to offer together this makes for a great outcome. I bring experience in running and having a crew. Being hands on is a must for me and even sets motivation for Operators. I firmly believe a leader implies having a rule setting/safe atmosphere but also acknowledges others feelings meanwhile setting healthy boundaries for the team to feel trust and have the confidence to come to you if they ever need support. That being said, I'm confident I meet all the requirements for this TL position. I currently am the Vacation Relief for Lactoferrin and have been able to prove I can be in and do multiple job tasks/positions the day might require, and not fall under pressure.
