
• Resolve complex application errors, including correcting Medicare numbers, Special Enrollment Dates, and Date of Birth, ensuring compliance and continuity of member coverage.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in the CareConnects system, accurately notating phone interactions and actions taken for all inquiries from members, brokers, and authorized third parties (including Power of Attorney).
• Enhance member data integrity by consistently and accurately updating permanent and mailing addresses, alongside processing other vital demographic and application corrections.
