· Participated in the Leadership Development Experience; where I gained hands on leadership experience and participated in monthly leadership development sessions

· Led three teams over the last 12 months and gained an immense amount of leadership experience

· Gained experience in cross functional leadership due to leading a team of Business Lines Commercial Underwriters in the Call Center

• Communicates and collaborates with different departments to come to solutions for escalated inquiries
• Creates a rapport with co-workers through fostering relationships and being a resource whenever needed
