• Oversee the maintenance and repair of golf course equipment and the cart fleet.
• Manage all aspects of building maintenance and contractor assignments.
• Formulate proposals for capital improvements and present them to the board for consideration.
• Handle payroll processes and maintain accurate record-keeping.
• Recruit and train all personnel effectively.
• Design and maintain the landscape, including annuals and trees, around the clubhouse, golf course, and the entrance to the subdivision.
