SRIA Internship

Awarded a SRIA (Student Research Internship Award) to conduct research on social anxiety symptoms and the ability to read facial cues. Consisted of a 5-week remote position for a pilot study. Survey was conducted to determine the effect of social anxiety levels on facial expression interpretation, perceptions in social situations, and social intelligence. Research indicated that there is a significant difference of social anxiety levels (high vs low) on social intelligence.
