Accomplishments
I have worked at Sutter medical foundation as laboratory lead for over 20 years. I take pride in making sure that the patients and staff feel comfortable and welcomed while they are at the Low Court Lab.
With my guidance, the staff has reduced wait times for patients and has also reduced errors for patient’s results.
I have also worked on making sure that our lab is following the guidance of the 5S process to reduce waste in our supply chain. I also believe that upholding patients privacy is a very important part of our job. so I make sure the staff understands we have to be mindful of what we say and where we are when we are talking about patient info.
One thing I am also proud of I know that the staff when I am off duty that they will conduct their selves in a professional manner and make sure everything gets done in a timely manner.
Certification
I have my CPT one certification for the state of California and I am BLS certified.
