- Lead multiple recovery and arbitration teams within the National Recovery Organization, frequently integrating diverse groups and workflows to improve consistency and outcomes.
- Serve as a key Arbitration Forums liaison and committee participant (Member Council, NY PIP Loss Transfer, TAG Council), helping shape external program changes and internal readiness.
Technology, Data & Innovation
- Created SharePoint List + Power App solutions for MD Assist, Accident Recon, PDS Manual, and SDS, driven by a curiosity about how low code tools could simplify complex referral flows and enable first come/first served processing, transparent tracking, and more robust performance insights.
- Developed and evolved Power BI dashboards that consolidate demand, payment, productivity, and savings data—building toward a comprehensive 2024–2026 view of recovery and loss cost reduction results, and giving leaders clearer investigative and operational visibility.
- Piloted new investigative and recovery workflows during transitions (e.g., TRS roll out, NILC and BI FTE transitions into NRO), using technology and data to test assumptions, refine processes, and support associates through change.
- Authored IT project requests for critical data integration and Settlement Exchange System (SES) version 5 upgrades, anticipating future data needs for investigations and positioning teams to leverage more advanced analytics and automation.
