The position of transitional lead was devised for any region (FE or RX) where the regional leader has moved on. In their absence, a qualified store manager would take over the area while partnering with an "in role" regional leader and continue to run their home store until last day of business.
1. Work with store leaders closing stores
2. Assist with scheduling and workflow
3. Manage financial closing procedures
4. Support RX dept. and regional pharmacy leader in pharmacy
closing
5. Support on-site needs in stores throughout the region
6. Work with scheduling of Hippa, Records, Hazmat pick-ups
7. Work with an support SB360 team lead for a successful liquidation
of each store
8. Report with immediate and timely needs of the business to the
Divisional President.
