Person Centered Thinking

A philosophy and set of skills that puts individuals, particularly those receiving support services, first by listening to them, learning their preferences, and honoring their choices . It focuses on balancing what is important to a person (hopes, desires, routines) with what is important for them (health, safety) to build a fulfilling life.
