- During this time I worked a field assignment in Northern Florida handling homeowners claims ranging from water losses to sink holes.
- The remainder of the time at Pilot was as a desk adjuster for homeowners and auto claims.
- Currently working in the PSOD company-adjuster services on demand.

- The experience with State Farm Insurance Companies began as a field adjuster in Central Virginia for 11 years
- During this time I was sole adjuster handling 6 counties for all homeowners, commercial and boats for both property and casualty
- In August of 1997, I joined their National Catastrophe Team first as a field claim specialist and later as a re-inspector trainer in 1999
- The Locator Services for Siding and Roofing increased closing claim times by as much as 50%- I was co-developer of this program, which is currently operational.
- I spend the remainder of the time as a trainer both for fire and auto, with some specialty program developments along the way.

Accomplishments
In 2001 I co-developed a web-based program for the identification of siding and roofing products, for which we shared a copyright and patent. This platform uses specific criteria for data we collected from field samples. This program is still in use to this day.
