2025-2023- I organized daily W/O by insuring products where organized for each group of technicians for there daily task. Ordered and kept stock current for the department to perform on a daily basis. Made sure vans where stocked daily. I Inspected roofs for potential defects due to leaks or annual inspections. I trained and created trainers for new hires and existing employees. Insure that the technicians have appropriate safety and related items per job scope. 2023-2021 I was a Service Journeyman, I was tasked to take a technician/technicians to complete daily W/O's. Daily task, scope work area, safety set up and job organization. Complete work order description. Jobs vaired in size from 1 day and upto 2 weeks. 2021-2011 I was a roof Forman I was tasked to complete reroofs for our customers. I typically had a 5 man crew. Jobs where across the state of Ohio. Jobs where typically a week to a month. Some where longer. I was in charge of guiding the job and crew strategically to complete the job in timely manners for scheduling purposes. 2011-2006 I started at Damschroder Roofing, I was green I had no idea about roofing. For the first 2yrs, I absorbed and worked hard to learn roofing. I was tasked to run the Lulls and forklifts due to my military experience. With great guidance from my Forman and fellow workers. I quickly caught on and started presenting helpful ideas and tools that may help with safety and time.
