Being a bagger I filled up insulation bags and sent them down the line to get loaded on trucks and also skids. Our goal was to do 4500 bags a day and I achieved that each day.

I operated a sit down forklift, I would pickup cardboard and paper bales and put them in the proper locations so they can get mixed up and be put into the grinder.

• Loaded pallets onto trailers for shipment.
• Moved freight, stock and other materials to and from storage and production areas and loading docks.
• Took product off of racks and took them to the production lines.
• Maneuvered forklift over and around loaded pallets, boxes and other materials.

• I operated a sit down forklift, taking product off the racks and taking them to the shipping dock.
• I picked the product from the dry room and also from the freezer that was always -10 degrees
• I also helped with loading the trucks up for shipment

• Loaded pallets onto trailers for shipment.

• Ensured safety procedures were followed when operating forklifts.
• Stacked loaded pallets in designated areas using proper stacking methods according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintained current forklift training and certification as required by company policies.
• Performed daily maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Transported material to correct locations and documented inventory changes.

• Built HVAC units from start to finish
• Got certified to operate sit down forklift
• Pulled material off racks and took them to the production lines.
• When HVAC units were completed, they were loaded onto skids and I took the skids over to get wrapped, once wrapped they were put into stock.
• Loaded and unloaded trucks
• Cycle counted all material that came into the building and kept count of all HVAC units in the building as well
