● Engaged film studios and various entertainment entities regarding acquisition/partnering while working under Apotheosis’s mandate.
● Created business plans and established various subsidiary companies to act on our initiatives. Including in said business plans was a detailed approach and analysis on US filmed entertainment as it relates to the Chinese market.
● Raised initial seed and then equity raise, subordinated debt and lines of credit.
● Ran Greenlight/Investment committee for film investment operating under Apotheosis Greenlight guidelines. Produced The Call, starring Halle Berry-grossed $72m.
