Shortly after graduating High School, I began working home game days for both the San Jose Sharks and Barracuda in the AV Department. Although I jumped around to different positions, it was my knowledge and passion of hockey that lead me assisting Video Coaches with overhead camera operations. I relocated to Seattle, WA for the 22-23 season and began working for the Kraken Video Coaches on home game days in the same role with camera operations. It wasn't until I began working for this team that I really wanted to pursue video coaching. It was the relationships that I built over the first few months of the season that led me to be recommended to the Kraken Youth Hockey Association for any Video Coaching needs for their first year of AAA hockey programming. Although my playing career as a kid never got to a high level, I never lost passion for the sport. Like many, I see any opportunity for growth as a step closer to being on an NHL coaching staff down the road.
