- Served as Supervisor for GSA Leasing Division in Region 7. Supervisory duties as a Warranted CO since 2015 and a COR since the inception of the Broker contract. Currently hold an Unlimited Warrant.
- Supervised seven employees (seven Contracting Officers (COs)) tasked with improving the team's efficiency and empowerment (five COs warranted, two new to the position). Over the past three fiscal years, no other team has awarded more leases than my team of COs (89). Over the past two fiscal years, my COs have awarded more leases (66) than any other team (the next closest is 10 behind), all while averaging about $176 million in annual rent awarded, which is the highest in the division. In previous 6 fiscal years FY11 through FY16, team awarded 116 leases (average of 19 per year), in the last 3 fiscal years under my leadership the team is averaging 29 lease awards per year. That is an increase of 10 awards per year or 53% in productivity.

- Deliver quality customer service to Government clients while driving value through a range of project management activities including land/site selection/acquisition, lease renewal, purchase agreements/buyouts, and real estate strategy development.
