• Handle the Maintenance side of operations of about 900 properties and Assign daily work orders to maintenance technicians for the day and verify any left over work orders from the day before get moved over and completed.
• I deal with owners issues and create new work orders to complete their requests and also if a contractor is needed I have the contractor provide a quote to the owner and follow through to make sure the work is completed and invoice paid.
• I deal with the housekeeping department regarding any damages in properties and create work orders for maintenance to fix any issues that arise.
• I also help quests with any issues they report and make sure the issues are fixed promptly from AC issues to Wifi problems and any electrical or plumbing issues that arise within their stay.
• I create codes for guests using Oracode and master codes for our maintenance team. I help the maintenance crew through the day with ordering parts to fix appliances to ordering TVs and buying new appliances and following through with deliveries.
