• Direct, develop, and train new employees on best methods to succeed on Night Crew
• In absence of the Grocery Manager write grocery order, answer phone calls, and solve any issues that arise during the shift
• Delegate and communicate work duties and adjust tasks as needed.

• Communicate and delicate freight between assigned stowers
• Delegate freight and gaylord needs over the radio to supervisor
