I assist patients with ADL's, medications, cleaning, food preparation, shopping, appointments, etc. I have experience with stroke and cancer patients.

Team Leadership. Office nursing to patients ages newborn-21; triaged patients for well and sick office visits; immunizations, telephone triage utilizing Schmitt-Thompson telephone protocols, medication administration and prescriptions, nebulizer treatments, ear lavage; assisted the physician with procedures and minor surgeries such as sutures, wart removal and biopsies. ADHD and Conner' tests. I obtained labs, ordered supplies, and maintained the clinical area.

Clinical and Nurse Management. I supervised staff, and I was responsible for employee training including HIPPA, OSHA, and Biohazard protocol.

Case Management with continuity of care. I performed administration duties, scheduling, and medical coding. Utilization Management, insurances and authorizations. I am familiar with EMR and have computer experience. Case and Utilization Management for patients and families.

I performed skin care and customer service. I was self employed and maintained clientele, products, and salon.

Team leadership. Office nursing to patients newborn-21 yrs, Well and sick care visits. Case and Utilization Management, immunizations, telephone triage, medication administration, nebulizer treatments, EKGs, and labs. I assisted physicians with procedures and surgeries, conscious sedation, xrays, and casts, Allergy testing and monitoring. Maintained the clinical area, ordered supplies, and performed clerical duties.

Clinic and Nurse Management.

Hospital floor nursing to patients newborn-18 yrs. NICU experience. Case Management. I performed total care to patients with various acuity levels: ADL's, IV therapy, conscious sedation, G tube feedings, medications and treatments, and knowledge of trach care. I worked with staff to provide continuity of care through team leadership.
